1.      Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your day.

2.      The full balance is due 14 days prior to the filming. We do not release any production until full amount is received.

3.      Crystal Vision Films store a Master copy of your Blu-ray for future duplication. Crystal Vision Films can not be held accountable for any damage to this Blu-ray.

4.      Crystal Vision Films will take care of any photographs or other materials supplied by you but can not be held responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.      In the event of equipment failure or illness, Crystal Vision Films shall not be liable for any compensation but will refund the amount paid in full.

6.      Any differing aspects to the day should be submitted in writing, a minimum of 14 days before the wedding day so that we can prepare (such as someone giving a reading at the church or singers in the church etc). If we do not receive this we will not be accountable for its omission.

7.      Crystal Vision Films are not accountable for any unforseen problems that may occur on the way to the venue or during filming. Crystal Vision Films is not responsible under any circumstanses for any unforseen losses or omissions or problems, including emotional dismay, that could occur during filming that is beyond our control.

8.      By booking Crystal Vision Films, we understand you have clearedwith the church/venue all filming rights and insome cases, paid for the privilege to have a camera person(s) at the church/venue. Crystal Vision Films is not held responsible for this not being cleared.

9.      The music to accompany your production is your choice and supplied by you, therefore is up to you to seek copyright approval, although in most cases we will fully license the music for you. We can not be hel responsible for any claims arising from breach of copyright.

10.     Crystal Vision Films do not expect to sit down and eat with the guests at the reception, however it has proved to be difficult to take sandwiches and a drink to a reception, as the owners of hotels and clubs do not allow this. So when filming periods exceed 4 hours, we will require arrangements for a light snack (i.e. sandwiches & soft drink).

11.     We will endeavour to ensure that tapes/cards do not need changing at crucial points but if this is not possible we are not liable for the omission of key moments.

12.     Crystal Vision Films will endeavour to release your Blu-ray/DVD programme of your wedding within 4 weeks but can not be held responsible if this isn't possible. Normally Blu-ray/DVDs are completed within 2 weeks.
